Polycarbonate Roof Panel

These panels are the ideal way to make the most of daylight in places like industrial buildings where daylight is needed. Potential damage to the coating can be very dangerous and costly, but Polycarbonate Panel provides excellent protection against hailstones, misuse, and accidental damage. It is up to 125 times more durable than glass. This feature will continue over a wide temperature range and throughout its extended service life.

Polycarbonate Panel does not lose its physical properties even in extreme weather conditions, making it an ideal coating system used worldwide. This panel can withstand extreme temperatures such as -40°C and 100°C for long periods; it is also resistant to temperatures up to 130°C for short periods. No other coating material combines this impact resistance and wide operating temperature range.

Polycarbonate Panel has a high-performance UV (Ultraviolet light) absorbing layer that is co-extruded on the outer surface of the panel. This protective layer prevents harmful UV radiation from reaching the sheet for a long time, thus maintaining visual clarity and mechanical strength. With 52% light transmission for clear panels and a low insulation value of 160 W/m²K, the Polycarbonate Panel maximizes the use of natural light energy.

When extruded in a multi-layer sheet with calibrated side wings, especially its optical and impact properties make this panel an excellent example for roof coverings to be made on insulated curved metal industrial buildings. Polycarbonate Panel is resistant to impacts with calibrated multi-shaped side wings that fit every insulating curved metal panel, saves energy, and is a multi-layer transparent sheet. Four-layer structure providing excellent thermal insulation.
